Join us at Vista Gardens on Saturday, May 23 for the “Flowers & Ground Covers” tour.
May brings a quieter layer of beauty into focus as flowers open through the garden and ground covers knit the spaces between larger plants. On this docent-led tour, John Albers will guide visitors through Vista Gardens with attention to the small-scale plantings that shape the garden’s texture, rhythm, and seasonal color.
The tour will look closely at flowering plants and low-growing species that help soften paths, protect soil, support pollinators, and create continuity across garden rooms. It is a chance to see how beauty and function meet at ground level in a climate-adaptive garden.
Please use the link below to make your reservation. Tours are $15/person with children participating for free.
